Motion control system automation for vertical personnel elevator (MANLIFT)
To control the movements of the chassis assembly in the system and for working time management,1 unit of Electroforce EFC39 control unit has been utilized. Additionally, for control the movements of the joystick and basket assembly, as well as screen management, 1 unit of Electroforce EFC24 control unit along with 1 unit of Electroforce Due.Otto 2.8″ Color Graphic Display has been incorporated.
For the measurement of ground slope, 1 unit of Kuebler IN88 2621 dual-axis CANBUS incline sensor has been employed. To prevent an increase in cable density, communication solely via Canbus has been implemented between the chassis assembly and the basket control console.
The management of all hydraulic valve controls and the DC Motor Control unit is performed by the system.
