Vehicle Leveling Control and Display
EFD23-LEVEL is the vehicle leveling version of the Electroforce EFD23 programmable mini display unit. On fire-fighting trucks, truck-mounted access platforms and other mobile machines with outriggers, it shows the operator the vehicle’s leveling status in real time while the outriggers are being set.
Front panel and operation
The operator sees the vehicle’s level at a glance and controls the unit with the front-panel keys.
- Cross-shaped LED indicator: inclination in two axes and direction of tilt
- 10°, 5° and 1° step LEDs show the inclination level at a glance
- Function keys F1–F4 (ESC, up, down, enter) for menus and settings
Platform and mounting
A leveling display built on the EFD23 platform, ready for field conditions.
- Inclination data from an external two-axis inclination sensor
- Robust housing for external mounting on the vehicle body, next to the outrigger control area
- Built-in CANbus and a programmable software platform
- Leveling thresholds and indicator behaviour can be adapted to the application
